Click here> Mill Your Own Flour! 

I thought it might be incredibly tedious to make my owns flour. However I liked the idea of being able to store wheat berries(kernels) much longer than already milled flour. Now that I have ventured down this path, I am so glad I took the plunge.  I really isn't a problem. I have my  wonder mill stored in a very handy location. Additionally it's not hard to clean either.  There is a huge sense of satisfaction that comes from getting down to raw basics and having the skills and knowledge to make a loaf of bread straight from the grain berry itself.
